- Evaulation: Players with accepted registration status are required to participate in the Evaluation Day assessment on Sunday 01/26/2025 at Golden High School, which will occur from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Registered players will be assigned an exact ±90 minute time slot in late January. Only players with accepted registration status may attend Evaluation Day.
- Players of League Age 10, 11, or 12.
- Players of League Age 08 or 09.
- Draft: Teams will be formed in early February via the Player Draft process as explained in detail on the website.
Spring 2025 Season - Winter Indoor Practices
- GENERAL PLANNING
- Attendance is not mandatory at winter indoor practices (batting cage fee is included and not optional).
- 1 team practice per week (60 to 120 minutes each) at an indoor batting cage (location TBD) in Golden/Arvada area.
- Indoor practices begin mid February.
- Indoor practices end mid April, or when "decent baseball weather" arrives.
- Indoor practices slots that occur on weekday evenings could begin anytime between 4:00pm and 8:00pm.
- Indoor practices that occur on Sundays could begin anytime between 9:00am and 4:00pm.
Spring 2025 Season - Preseason Outdoor Practices
- GENERAL PLANNING
- Outdoor practices begin the 2nd week of March.
- 3 team practices per week at 2.00 hours each as noted.
- Minors Division practices on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting at 5:00pm.
- Majors Division practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 5:00pm, and on Saturdays starting anytime between 9:00am and 1:30pm.
- Once the regular season games begin, teams in each Division will practice 1x per week during the same timeframes [Minors on Wednesdays; Majors on Thursdays].
- Practice field locations are in Golden (TBD).
Spring 2025 Season - Regular Season Games
- GENERAL PLANNING
- 2 games per week (minimum) at 2.00 hours each.
- 18-20 total games during regular season.
- Regular season games for each division begin on Opening Day [Saturday 04/12/2025].
- Minors Division games are on Mondays & Fridays starting at 5:30pm (5:00pm arrival). Minors Division games will be played in Golden against other GLL teams.
- Majors Division games are on Tuesdays starting at 5:30pm (5:00pm arrival), and on Saturdays starting anytime between 9:00am and 1:30pm (arrive half hour early). Majors Division games will be played mostly in Golden against other GLL teams, however some travel for interleague games aginst neighboring leagues can be expected.
- Once the regular season games begin, teams in each Division will practice 1x per week during the same timeframes [Minors on Wednesdays; Majors on Thursdays].
- No games Memorial Day Weekend.
- Night games occurring before Memorial Day Weekend (i.e. school nights) are not permitted.
- Night games (7:30 start) are possible after Memorial Day Weekend.
- Doubleheader games are not desired but possible.
- Game schedule released mid-March.
- End of Season Playoffs are applicable in these Divisions.
- Postseason Tournament Teams are applicable in these Divisions.
Opening Day Ceremony
- Saturday 04/12/2025 at 9:00 am at Wolf Park in Golden.
- Ceremony for all players in GLL/GJBA.
End of Season Ceremony
- Saturday 06/14/2025 at 12:00pm at Wolf Park in Golden.
- Ceremony for all players in GLL/GJBA.

Policies

- Games and/or practices cancelled due to weather and/or field conditions shall be rescheduled only at the sole discretion of the GLLBODs.
- Registration Fee Includes: Little League Fees, Division Game Schedule (weather/cancellation dependent), Game Hat, Game Jersey, Umpire Fees, Field Use Fees (games/practices), Batting Cage Fees, and Use & Maintenance of Team-Issued Baseball Equipment.
- Registration Fee Excludes: Baseball Glove (required), Baseball Pants (required), Baseball socks (recommended), Protective Cup (recommended for all boys; required for boys of League Age 9 and older), Padded Chest Protector Undershirt (optional & recommended), Plastic Cleats (optional & recommended), Personal Bat (optional), Personal Helmet (optional).
