• In accordance with Little League regulations, tournament teams must be formed by utilizing a transparent and democratic election process.
• Players and coaches will each have the opportunity to identify top performing players by way of an anonymous online vote.
• Head coaches will be appointed by the League President with Executive Board approval.
  • Only assigned coaches from the regular season (either head or assistant) are eligible to become a Tournament team head coach.  This decision will be based upon the coach’s interest, availability, eligibility, commitment, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. 

    Appointed head coaches will then choose 2 additional assigned coaches to their staff to act as assistant coaches.
